| 摘 要： | 在全国积极建设社会主义新农村的大背景下，课题组亲身实践，深入农村，对山东省垦利县农民农闲时间利用状况展开了调查与研究。在调研数据统计分析基础上，课题组对农民农闲时间利用的基本状况、所存在的主要问题及影响因素等进行了深入探讨，并对此提出了自己的看法与建议。 |

| Abstract: | Under the general background of new rural construction,The investigating group got themselves immersed in the country and conducted a survey and research on the agricultural leisure time of kenli county in shandong province.On the basis of statistics and anlysis of the data,the group discussed and pointed out the situation the potential flaws and the reasons of them;besides,the group delivered the possible suggestions. |
