摘    要:三明市国有林场整体上还存在森林资源质量不高,管理效率低下,分配和用人制度不合理,负担过重的问题,实现三明市国有林场的可持续发展,必须按建立现代企业制度的要求,转岗部分人员,改革用工制度和分配制度。

Abstract:In Sanming state tree farm there still are some questions such as the low quality of forestry resource,the inefficient management,the reasonless distribution and personnel system and heavy burden.To achieve sustained development of the farm,somebody's job should be changed and reformed the personnel and distribution system should be according to the requirement of the modernized enterprise system.
