| 摘 要： | 对传统酸碱交替法生产甲壳质过程中的酸碱消耗量进行了物料衡算,经分析得知甲壳质制备尾液循环利用是可行的。据此,对传统方法进行了改进。结果表明,改进后的方法可使生产时间缩短20h,酸碱用量分别降低40％和28.6％,并且壳聚糖质量无大的差异。

| Abstract: | The consumption of acid and base in traditional preparation of chitin were calculated, on the basis of analyzing the cycling of tail liquid on chitin preparation is practicable, as a result of study,the modified method can shorten time 20 h,the acid and base quantity can be saved 40% and 28. 6% respectively,and the quality of product is similar to the original. |
