| 摘 要： | 当前高职校财务管理面临办学经费供给与学校发展需求不匹配,财务管理观念淡薄、体制改革滞后,内部财务管理机制不健全,预算管理不到位等问题。高职校财务管理改革,应实行统一领导、集中核算、分级管理的财务管理模式,加强预算管理,发挥资金使用效益,提高财务管理水平,发挥管理会计作用,加强审计监督,完善内部控制制度。
