| 摘 要： | 文章回顾了农村流通体系的现状，总结了现代流通体系建设中存在主要问题。解决这些问题的关键在于：调整利益分配格局，规范政府行为；培育农村流通主体，提高流通主体组织化程度；打破地方垄断，形成全国统一的大市场格局；改善流通设施，提高农村交易效率；制订流通规则，规范市场交易行为、；开拓农村市场，拉动国内需求。
