| Abstract: | This paper considers the perspectives of the developing country as host to tourism projects, and examines the interests of both its citizens and government. Empirical material is based on the experiences of recipients of British aid in the Caribbean and Indian Ocean, although this discussion can be extended to other Third World countries. |
