| 摘 要： | 为解决新型液态稳定剂人工上料的困难,根据实际生产情况,采用自动控制系统。其过程是定时发讯,在一定的时间内将有机锡添加到混料罐中,再将信息反馈给控制系统。此系统使液态稳定剂的加料工序实现了"精确计量、准时加料",提高了PVC生产线的自动化程度。

| Abstract: | Since new liquid stabilizer is not suitable for manual supplying, we adopt automatic supplying system. The supplying system gives the signal and begins to put liquid stabilizer to the mixer in given time. Then the signal will be sent to the control center. Thus the stabilizer measure will be exact and the stabilizer giving on time. The system improves the automation degree of the production line. |
