摘    要:文章将公平相关理论与某高校绩效薪酬体制改革相结合,以高校管理人员为研究对象,通过问卷的设计及对问卷结果的统计和分析,诊断分配不公平产生的原因,并分析影响分配公平感的若干因素。

Abstract:Combining the related theory about fair with the reforms of performance appraisal and salary incentives in a higher educational institution and targeting administrators in HEIs as research objects, the article analyzes the reas,ons responsible for unfair assignment and the factors that have effects on the distributivity fairness through the questionnaires and the statistics and analysis of the results.
