| 摘 要： | 文章运用SWOT分析模型,分析了湖南省钢铁工业发展及产业竞争力提升所面临的竞争优势、竞争劣势、机会和威胁等。在合理假设的前提下,结合SWOT4要素的分析,提出了在不同情况下提高湖南钢铁产业竞争力的发展策略和政策建议,有助于推动湖南钢铁产业的发展。

| Abstract: | The article utilizes the SWOT analysis model, analyzed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by the steel industry in Hunan. Under the reasonable assumptions, recommendations are given to promote the competitiveness of steel industry in Hunan in different circumstances by using the SWOT analysis model,which helps to promote the development of steel industry in Hunan. |
