Four Pitfalls of the Strategy Management Leading to the Short Lifecycle of the Business

There are many reasons that could explain the "short-lived" phenomenon of the business. We discuss here four tendencies that may endanger the survival of the business, which are profits seeking, in pursuit of scale, short of human resources and blindness diversification. Practice proves that management behavior can be found during the survival period in most of the short - lived business. It's fairly discouraged that these pitfalls were formerly pursued as the goals of business strategy. The longer duration the pursuing, the more likely it will face the "short-lived" phenomenon. The goal of this article is to remind the business managers of keeping their eyes on the pitfalls they may encounter from time to time.
