| 摘 要： | The Federal Reserve Banking System became the leader of our current economic practice on December 23, 1913. Twelve private money trusts were empowered with the unique ability to monopolize the currency transactions within our economic system. The initial goal of the Federal Reserve System was to create a safer, more stable and more flexible monetary banking system. But has the Federal Reserve achieved their stated mission or have they expanded their powers beyond the initial intent of Congress？
