| 摘 要： | 根据现代配送中心有别于传统仓库，其经营管理相对复杂的实际，提出了采用ABC分类管理对配送中心的各项工作进行高效管理的方法。主要从存货管理、货位分区、客户关系等方面进行了详细的阐述并对其具体应用作了举例说明。
