职业呼唤三种状态激发转变机制的整合模型构建

职业呼唤是个体在工作中追求自我价值的体现,呼唤实现能使个体在工作中体验到强烈的意义感,被视为提升个体幸福感的关键路径。研究职业呼唤的三种状态(呼唤找寻、呼唤感知、呼唤实现)是目前的趋势之一,但现有研究并未对职业呼唤三种状态的激发转变机制进行完整探讨。文章在以往研究的基础之上,基于意义理论,提出呼唤找寻的激发和三种状态之间的转变机制,为个体实现职业呼唤提供了参考路径。最后,论述了本文的理论意义及对实践的启示,未来可以从人格特质角度出发探讨职业呼唤的形成机制,通过团队视角入手探讨职业呼唤对组织行为的双刃剑作用。

The Construction of An Integrated Model on the Excitation and Transformation Mechanism of Three States of Career Calling

Career calling is the embodiment of individuals’pursuit of self-worth in work,and living a calling helps individuals to experience a strong sense of meaning in work,which is regarded as the key path to improve individuals’well-being.It is one of the current trends to study the three states of career calling(searching a calling,perceiving a calling,living a calling),but there is no article to fully study the formation mechanism of the three states.On the basis of the previous qualitative and quantitative research,combined with the theory of meaning,this article proposes the excitation of searching a calling and the transition mechanism between the three states,which provides a reference path for individuals to realize the career calling.Finally,it discusses the theoretical significance of this study and its enlightenment on practice.In the future,we can explore the formation mechanism of career calling from the perspective of personality traits,and explore the double-edged sword effect of career calling on organizational behavior from the perspective of teamwork.
