| 摘 要： | 传统物流管理课程纯讲解式的标准化课堂,是单向线性式的教育模式,无法启发学生的学习热情及动力。如何激发学生的学习动力,提高其学习成效,是迫切需要解决的问题。首先分析了翻转课堂的重要性,然后将翻转课堂教学模式融入物流管理实验课堂教学当中,并进行了教学模式的设计,最后介绍了翻转课堂的课程规划和学生的学习成效,以期为教学模式的优化提供参考。

| Abstract: | In this paper,we first analyzed the importance of the flipped classroom practice,then integrated it into the teaching of the Logistics Management experiment course,and designed the relevant teaching mode.Finally we introduced the curricular planning of the flipped classroom teaching practice and the positive effect it has over the students,with a view to offering reference ofr the optimization of the teaching mode of the Logistics Management experiment course. |
