| 摘 要： | 黑社会性质组织是指以暴力、威胁、或者其他手段。有组织地进行违法犯罪活动，称霸一方，为非作恶，欺压残害群众，严重破坏社会、经济、生活秩序的违法犯罪组织。黑社会性质组织具有组织的稳定性，经济的敛财性，行为的暴力性．非法的控制性等特征。一个犯罪组织，只有同时具备上述四个特征，才能界定为黑社会性质组织。

| Abstract: | The underworld property organization means with the violence, threat,or other meanses, which organizatingly carry on an illegal crime activity, become the domineering force of a region, in order to do evil things, bully to injure the crowd, break seriously society,economy,live order of the illegal crime organization.The underworld property organization has 4 characteristics, such as a representative ,a careful and attentive organization, the violence of the behavior, illegal control ,to accumulate wealth by unfair means. If a crime property organization has four characteristics in the meantime, it can definition to organize for the underworld property organization. |
