加强和改进能源统计工作的思考

降低单位GDP能耗列入＂十一五＂期间的考核指标之后,能源统计数据受到了社会各界的高度关注。分析了当前中国能源统计制度方法实施中存在的矛盾问题,结合日常统计和经济普查工作经验,提出了改进和加强能源统计的建议,为提高中国能源统计数据质量提供决策参考。

Research on Strengthening and Improving Energy Statistics

Since reducing energy consumption of unit GDP has been included into the index to assess the period of ＂llth Five-Year Plan＂ , energy statistical data have been paid great attention to from people of all circles.This essay analyzes the contradictions and problems existing in the implement of current statistical system,and proposes suggestions on how to improve and strengthen energy statistics on the base of experience getting from daily statistics and economic census, so that it could provide reference for improving the quality of energy statistical data.
