| 摘 要： | 为实现保险招投标活动经济效益与社会效益的辩证统一,招标方应将承诺性服务项目作为对投标方的主要考核内容;保险人在投标活动中应合理设计投标文件;评标机构要保证评标的合法性、有效性,必须坚持公正立场以及评标组人员合理搭配;保险监管部门在履行时应注意评标中介机构的保险公司(投标人)背景,坚持监管与服务统一的理念。
