| 摘 要： | 本文从基础教育参与者的角度对我国的素质教育现状进行了客观而中肯的分析 ,指出目前我国的素质教育更多地停留在理论上 ,成为一种教育理想 ,并没有得到很好的实施。同时对基础教育的参与者如何各司其责 ,推进素质教育的实施进行较为深刻的探讨。
