基于熵权的模糊综合评价模型的库存控制绩效评价

摘    要:库存管理作为供应链管理的核心内容之一,对供应链管理绩效具有重要的影响。根据供应链的复杂性及库存管理评价的模糊性,构建了库存管理绩效评价指标体系,并建立了基于熵权的库存控制绩效的多层次模糊综合评价模型;不仅充分利用了绩效指标信息量,避免了传统权重确定的主观性,而且弥补了传统综合评价法的缺陷。最后,通过对某家电连锁企业的库存控制绩效进行评价,结果表明该方法具有较强的实用性和可靠性。

Abstract:Inventory management as one of the core elements of supply chain mangement has an important impact on performance appraisal. On the basis of the complication of supply chain management and the ambiguity of appraisal on the performance of inventory management, the indices system of inventory management performance was established.At the same time, multi-level fuzzy synthetic evaluation model based on entropy weight was established. Not only take full of the the amount of information, but also avoided subjective sense of weight-coefficient, and it mends the shortage of traditional synthetic evaluation methods. Throug of evaluating a home appliance chain enterprises performance of inventory control, The results show that the method has strong practicality and reliability.
