社区服务：高职法律专业实践教学模式新探

强调能力本位、强化工作过程、贴近工作岗位是高职教育课程改革的重要内容。围绕高职法律专业人才培养目标进行课程教学改革，就必须突出学生正确适用法律、独立解决具体法律纠纷的能力，这就需要我们加强实践教学环节，并对现有的实践教学模式进行改革，以增强法律专业人才的社会适应性和竞争性。该文结合我院实际，提出了高职法律专业实践教学模式改革的新思路。

Law Major of Higher Vocational Education

To focus on ability, strengthen working process and be close to work position is the main contents of the reform of higher vocational education course. The teaching reform, which is based on the training objective of Law Major of higher vocational education, put emphasis on highlighting the students＇ manipulative ability, enabling them to use the law correctly and solving the specific legal dispute independently. To accomplish this mission, we have to strengthen the practice teaching and reform the current practice teaching model to reinforce the legal professional＇s adaptablity and competitiveness. Linked with the actual condition of our college, this article proposes a new idea of reforming practice teaching model of Law Major of higher vocational education.
