Abstract: | As Human Resource Development (HRD) is still emerging in China, this paper discusses HRD roles, required competencies, and outcomes. Role analysis is crucial to the professionalization and education of HRD. Using ASTD's HRD model as a reference, this study examines HRD roles across China. Results support the ASTD HRD roles model, and offer a useful profile of HRD roles in China. |
