| 摘 要： | 文章论述了公司制农业组织产生的背景,阐述了公司制农业组织稳定性的重要因素,通过建立相应的稳定性分析模型,分析了公司制农业组织结构的动态过程变化趋势及稳定状态的特征,并得出了公司制农业组织稳定性分析模型进行分析后所获得的解释结论。
