| Abstract: | Japan has accumulated the world's most advanced energy-saving technologies,and take the lead in establishing a leading energy-efficient economy.Japan has many experiences on improving the legal framework,establishing comprehensive policies,strengthening the construction of institutions,improving organization management,integrating market elements,mobilizing the involvement of the whole society,etc.All these have many enlightments on China in many respects. |
