私有化与俄罗斯大财阀的形成

本文试图从俄罗斯私有化的角度探究大财阀的形成。首先论述了俄罗斯实行私有化的历史背景以及所采取的具体措施,指出俄罗斯私有化分为小私有化和大私有化。而大私有化又分为三个阶段,即“证券私有化”、“现金私有化”和“个案私有化”;其次,本文重点分析了俄罗斯的大财阀是如何在“证券私有化”和“现金私有化”的过程中产生的;最后,阐述了俄罗斯政府对大财阀的态度由默许到打击的转变,并对打击的可能后果进行了预测。

Privatization and Formation of Russian Financial Oligarchs

This article tried to probe into the formation of Russian Financial oligarchs from the perspective of Russian privatization. Firstly, it introduced the historical background of Russian privatization and the actions they have taken, pointed out that Russian privatization have been divided into the Small Privatization and the Big Privatization which include three stages:Stock Privatization, Cash Privatization and Individual Privatization. Secondly, it focused on how Russian financial oligarchs have formed through the process of Stock Privatization and Cash Privatization. Finally, it described the changes of the Russian government's attitude toward oligarchs from tacitly consenting to striking and predicted the possible outcomes of the striking.
