| 摘 要： | 我国铁路客运专线建设需要巨大的资金投入，面对建设融资的严峻现实，提出将资产证券化用于铁路客运专线建设融资的设想。在进行可行性分析的基础上，对应用的操作模式和运作过程进行了设计，并对存在的主要障碍和风险进行了论述。指出铁路客运专线的建设，为我国基础设施建设融资引入资产证券化提供了尝试机会。

| Abstract: | The construction of China railway Passenger-Dedicated Lines demands huge capital investment. Facing the rigorous situation for construction financing, this essay puts forward the assumption of applying asset-backed securities as a new financing way for passenger dedicated line construction. Based on the feasibility study, it designs the operation mode and procedure for such application and illustrates the main difficulties and risks. The essay points out that construction of passenger-dedicated lines provides a tempt for assetbacked securitization in the sector of China infrastructure construction. |
