| Abstract: | There have been some interesting changes in Chinese real estate market since 2008. The Price of Chinese real estate market be- gins to drop. Spurred by signs of the price declining in the real estate market, some local governments quietly put forwards the "warm mar- ket" policies. Based on the behavioral analysis on the local govern- ment in the real estate market, the article explores the root causes about the behavior of the local governments rescuing the market. |
