GT TECH高性能沥青混凝土在钢桥面铺装施工关键技术研究

摘    要:针对番禺区光明大桥所处的气候环境与交通荷载及钢桥面铺装的特殊要求,提出双层高性能沥青混凝土GT10铺装方案。为适应钢桥面的变形,对铺装材料并进行特殊的混合料配合比设计。结合桥面板喷砂除锈和防腐工艺、环氧树脂粘结层施工、沥青混合料拌合与运输、摊铺与碾压等环节关键技术控制,详细介绍番禺区光明大桥钢桥面铺装施工工艺,最终实现钢桥面铺装层结构的优良交验标准。

Research on the Key Technology of GT TECH High Performance Asphalt Concrete Pavement Construction on Steel Bridge Deck
Abstract:In order to solve the problem of steel deck pavement of the Guangming Bridge in Panyu District,Guangzhou,with special environment and traffic load, a double-layer high-performance asphalt concrete GT10 pavement program is proposed. The pavement materials are designed with a special mix ratio to adapt to the deformation of the steel bridge deck.Combined with the key technology control of sand blasting and anti-corrosion technology of bridge deck, epoxy resin bonding layer construction, asphalt mixture mixing and transportation, paving and rolling, the steel deck construction of Guangming Bridge in Panyu District is introduced in detail. The technology finally achieves the excellent inspection standard for the structure of the steel bridge deck pavement.
