| 摘 要： | 现代化语境中,发展农民专业合作组织的合目的性在于其对农民和社会的发展价值无以替代.在中国语境中,其合规律性则在于必须由党的"倡导"和政府的"引导".积极发挥该组织的作用内在地要求在把握其本质属性的基础上,理清政府与其利益关系,消除体制性障碍.

| Abstract: | In the context of modernization,the purposefulness of developing professional farmer cooperatives lies in their indispensable value in farmer and social development.In the Chinese context,their regularity lies in the fact that they have to be advocated by the Party and guided by the government.In order to give full play to them,there is an inherent need to grasp their essential nature,clarify their interest relations with the government,and remove institutional barriers. |
