| 摘 要： | 知情权是一项人权、一项宪法性基本权利、一种复合性权利,对知情权进行宪法保护的主要途径是应确立知情权的宪法地位并在宪法中进行构建、完善宪法中知情权的部门立法以及建立知情权的法律救济途径。

| Abstract: | The right to know is a kind of human right, a basic right from constitution and also a compound right. The main protective method for it in constitution is to set up its position and construct it. On the basis of the above, the law of protection of it should be made in other branch laws and the legal remedies for it should also be followed. |
