农村土地流转与农民增收的关系

合理有序进行农村土地流转,既是有效实现农村土地资产的资本化关键所在,又是大幅提高农民财产性收入的根本保证。本文应用SPSS软件,采用Pearson方法,验证农村土地流转与农民增收的关系,结果显示农村土地流转与农户总收入、非农收入增长具有正相关关系。应通过健全土地流转机制,优化土地资源配置,培育特色产业品牌,拓宽劳务经济渠道等途径,推进农村土地流转,最终实现农民增收。

The Relationship between Rural Land Circulation and Increase of Farmer's Income Increase

To circulate rural land in a reasonable and orderly manner is the key to capitalize rural land asset efficiently and an essential guarantee for raising farmer＇s income from property substantially. With the help of SPSS software, the study takes Pearson method to verify the relationship between rural land circulation and farmer＇s income increase. The result shows that there is a positive relation between rural land circulation, rural household total income and non-agricultural income growth. Rural residents could finally raise their income with the promotion of rural land circulation by means of improving land circulation system, optimizing land resource allocation, fostering featured industry bands, and broadening labor service channel.
