企业激励管理中的非物质激励研究

摘    要:由于非物质需求的客观存在,以及传统的物质激励的有限性,对企业员工进行非物质激励就成为提高企业经营管理水平的必然要求。近年来,虽然非物质激励日益受到更多企业的青睐,但总的来看,非物质激励对于企业经营管理的作用,还没有得到应有的重视。因此,充分发挥非物质激励的作用,建立起符合企业特色、具有时代特点的科学的非物质激励体系,对于提升企业的经营管理水平,实现企业的经营管理目标意义十分重大。

Abstract:Non-material incentives on employees is the inevitable demand to improve enterprise management level,since the objective existence of non-material needs,as well as the limitation of the traditional material incentives.In recent years,although the non-material incentives are increasingly popular in many companies,but,in general,the function of non-material incentives in business management has not been given due attention.So,to enhance the level of enterprise management and to enterprise management goals,it is of great significance to give full play to the role of non-material incentives,and establish a consistent enterprise features,with the scientific characteristics of the times non-material incentive system.
