摘    要:房地产企业是知识密集型企业,人力资源的培训与开发十分重要。然而,目前中小房地产企业培训中存在不少问题和困难。根据共生理论,中小房地产企业可以通过构建培训联盟,在降低培训成本的同时,有效提升中小房地产企业培训效果。最终实现中小房地产企业与教研机构,以及企业之间的互惠共生,从而推动我国房地产行业的发展。

Abstract:Real estate company belongs to knowledge concentrated industry.Therefore,training and development is very important.This paper analyses the problems and difficulties in the training among small and medium real estate companies.Basing on the symbiotic theory,this paper discusses the units,environment and model in a small and medium real estate companies' training alliance.The alliance not only will reduce the training costs,but also improve the training effect.
