| 摘 要： | 吸纳借鉴当前国际上流行的与残疾人服务相关的重要思潮与理念,按照以下构想构建我国残疾人职业康复体系:职业康复过程应尊重残疾人的选择权利,培养独立自主能力;职业康复人员应学会重视残疾人的积极特质;积极构建有利于职业康复的支持性环境;重视让残疾人有更多参与社会机会的就业模式;利用实证研究研发有效的服务方法与策略。

| Abstract: | After absorbing important thoughts and concepts concerning serving the disabled that are popular in the world,the professional recovery system for the disabled in China should be built like the following:the professional recovery system should respect the option rights of the disabled,cultivate independence,learn to value their positive trait,actively construct supporting environment for professional recovery,focus on employment mode that allows more disabled people to participate in the society,and adopt empirical study method to work out effective service means and strategies. |
