摘    要:研发团队是企业创新的源泉,如何对其进行有效的激励,关系着企业的生存与发展。研发团队由不同技能、不同性格的知识型员工组成,对研发团队的激励,最终还是落脚于对团队中的个人进行激励。根据研发团队不同于普通团队的特点,拟采取的系列激励措施为:工资报酬与奖励,个人的成长与发展,有挑战性的工作,公司的前途。

Abstract:A R&D team is the headspring of enterprise innovation.How to stimulate it effectively is the key to an enterprise’s survival and development.Usually a R&D team is composed of those intellectual personnel who have different skills and different characters,so the stimulation to a R&D team should have a foothold on its individuals.Based on a R&D team’s unique characteristics,an enterprise should take a series of stimulation measures,such as pay & rewards,individual’s grow-up & development,challenging jobs and so on.
