| Abstract: | Entering WTO will induce the third upsurge of capital operating of our firms, and also affect greatly our capital market, foreign investments, intermediate organizations of capital operating, and firms behavior of capital operating. Therefore, some new characteristics of our firms' capital operating will be seen. |
