| 摘 要： | 人口剧增、资源短缺、环境恶化是当代人类社会面临而必须优先解决的三大全球性问题,是实现全球和我国经济、社会可持续发展的三大制约因素.未来的地学哲学与找矿哲学(矿产勘查哲学)应向广义的资源系统哲学延伸.为深入研究资源科学技术体系与其相关哲学问题,以及优化资源经济系统管理的途径和方向,初步提出了一个探索性的基本理论与方法框架.

| Abstract: | Population boom, shortage of resources, and environmental degeneration are the three global issues for present-day human society to resolve and the thr ee major factors restricting the sustainable development of the international an d national economy and society. Future geo-science philosophy and mineral-explor ation philosophy(mineral survey philosophy )are supposed to extend to broadly-de fined resource systematic philosophy. This paper tentatively puts forward a fram e of basic theories and methods for a deeper study of scientific and technologic al system of resources and corresponding philosophic problems. |
