| 摘 要： | 区域经济共同发展是我国的基本国策,也是加快构建和谐社会的必然要求;从分析区域经济一体化发展趋势入手,在分析东北经济区经济发展现状及存在问题的基础上,明确了大连在东北经济区中发挥经济领长、产业引领、体制示范、区域联结、综合服务的地位和作用;明确了东北经济区共同发展的战略思想、基本原则,提出了市场一体化、产业一体化、信息一体化、交通一体化等4个方面的战略任务,从解放思想、建立协调互动机制、摘好区域分工、建立健全政策法规体系、推进国际化等方面提出东北经济区共同发展的相关政策措施.

| Abstract: | Accelerating developing region economy together is the basic national policy and the necessary demand of constructing harmonious society. This paper analyses the trend of developing region economy together firstly. It analyses current situation,problem of northeast economy zone secondly. Then it definitudes the function of leader of Dalian in northeast economy zone and the strategy thinking,principle,strategy task of developing region economy together in northeast economy zone .It provides some countermeasure and suggest of developing region economy together in northeast economy zone lastly. |
