摘    要:2011年,S学院制定并实施了《教学系列高级、副高级和中级专业技术职务推荐量化办法》。通过对该办法的结构内容分析,总结其贴近职教,倾斜应用实践育人,重视教学、科研质量等方面的作用;也指出学科及专业之间缺少差异,科研项目量化比重远超教学及实践应用比重等不足,提出相应建议。

Analysis of the Function on the Quantification Method of the Recommendation of Professional Title-Taking the S College as an Example
Abstract:In 2011, S College formulated and implemented . This paper analyzed six parts in this Measure, summa-rized its function of closing to vocational education,inclining to application and practice education,emphasis on teaching and scientific research. Also pointed out some deficiencies as being short of differences among different subjects and majors,quantification ratio of scientific research far exceeding that of teaching,and application. Ac-cording to the existing problems,some corresponding suggestions were proposed in this article.
