高职院校市场营销专业职业能力研究

摘    要:现在市场对于人才的要求越来越多元化和专业化,高等职业院校主要是针对某一个专业进行针对性的教育,因此高等职业院校教育的办学质量、培养目标等受到社会的重视,但是由于我国的高职教育发展时间较短,因此存在诸多问题,例如其培养人才的方式和培养目标不符合,达不到培养出专业人才的目标,故而如何培养高素质且专业的人才成为高职院校教育的主要目标,本文主要分析高职院校市场营销专业能力的培养问题。本文简要介绍高职教育发展的必要性和市场营销职业发展的需求和空间以及市场营销行业供需现状及营销师岗位职业能力分析,并且结合数据分析市场营销专业职业能力提高的策略及培养目标,对教学有重要的作用。

Research on Professional Ability of Marketing Major in Higher Vocational Colleges
Abstract:Now the market demand for talent is becoming more and more diversified and professional,higher voca-tional colleges give a professional education for some majors,therefore the education quality and the training objec-tives of higher vocational colleges are valued by the society. But the development time of higher vocational education in our country is relatively short,so there are many problems,such as the way of cultivating talents and training objectives are not consistent, and cannot reach the goal of training professional talents. So how to cultivate high quality and professional talents has become the main goal of higher vocational education. This paper mainly analyzes the problems of marketing professional ability training in higher vocational colleges. This paper briefly introduces the necessity of the development of higher vocational education and the demand and space of marketing career develop-ment as well as the current situation of supply and demand in marketing industry and the analysis of the professional ability of marketing professional,and combined with the data to analyze the strategy and training objectives of im-proving the marketing professional ability,as well as the analysis of marketing professional ability to improve the teaching effect.
