食品安全问题的伦理思考

出现食品安全问题,其根源在于食品质量或安全信息不对称问题没有得到有效解决。食品安全事件的发生与食品伦理道德的失范密切相关。从伦理学角度审视食品安全问题,应坚持德法并济,将食品安全道德治理与食品安全法律治理相结合,努力抓好源头治理,强化社会与媒体的监督,提高食品行业从业人员的道德水平,规避道德风险的发生,推进食品安全问题的根本解决。

Ethic Thoughts on the Food Safety Issue

Food safety issue is caused essentially by the asymmetry of food quality and safety information.The happening of food safety incidents often relates closely to moral decline.To settle this issue from the perspective of ethics,we must take both ethical and legal measures,integrating the improvement of food safety morality and implementation of food safety laws;focus on the origin of the issue;enhance the supervision from the society and the media;increase the morality of people working in the food industry,preventing the occurrence of moral risks;thus advance the final settlement of the issue.
