地方院校大学生就业的竞争分析--以绍兴文理学院大学生就业为例的实证研究

当前,大学生的就业问题越来越突出,特别是地方院校毕业生的就业问题,成为社会关注的焦点问题,本文借鉴“波特模型”,分析了五种力量在地方院校大学生就业中的竞争态势,在实证研究的基础上,提出了相应对策。

Analysis on the Competition of Employment in Local Universities Research on the Employment of College Students in Shaoxing College of Arts and Sciences

Nowadays, the employment in college students becomes more and more prominent, especially for thestudents in local universities, which has become the question that society focuses on. The paper learns from the“Poter- model”, analyzes the competition situation of the five forces in college students' employment in localuniversities. On the basis of research, it advocates some relative strategies.
