浅析WTO规则对我国行政垄断的挑战

行政垄断的存在不仅严重地阻碍一个国家内部统一市场的形成．而且阻碍了国际统一市场的楚立。中国加入世界贸易组织，标志着中国作为一个经济正在迅速发展、社会正处于转型过程中的大国加入了当今世界最广泛的世界贸易组织之中，必将进一步促进中国的改革开放。行政垄断作为统一市场形成的最大障碍，面对WTO规则的要求，出现了前所未有的尴尬和挑战。

Challenges from WTO Rules to Administrative Monopoly in China

The existence of administrative monopoly has hindered the domestic as well as international unified markets. China entered WTO, which is a symbol of economy rapid development in China. In the course of social transfer, China stepped into world trade organization to further promote the opening and reform of China. Administrative monopoly as the biggest hindrance of forming unified markets, China faces unprecedented embarrassment and challenges under the rules of WTO.
