| 摘 要： | 创新知识在区域经济发展中发挥着非常重要的作用,因特网的迅速普及使得建立一个基于Web的区域创新知识市场成为可能。文章以区域内的医药行业为例,在前期研究的基础上,经过进一步的功能分析,设计了智能谈判平台的总体结构,改进了创新知识的分层机制,并对智能谈判规则的制定和策略的选取问题进行了重点研究。 |
