| 摘 要： | 作者通过跨国并购对经济增长的加速效应分析，探索跨国并购对国内资源进行重组的效果。结合目前我国市场深化过程中存在的问题，寻找解决垄断、外在扰动和技术进步等问题的途径。通过跨国公司在华并购形式解决以上问题，运用国际化来加速国内经济的市场化深化进程，以促进我国经济的可持续增长。

| Abstract: | Through an analysis on the accelerative effect of transnational A&M to economic growth, the paper makes a probe into the impact it brings to the reallocation of domestic resource. Considering the problems in the process of marketization, the author attempts to find some ways to solve the issue of monopoly, external disturb and technical progress. It concludes that transnational A&M is benefit for the sustainable development of economy. |
