平板吊具设计中的摩擦学问题

摘    要:在平板类物资的装卸搬运过程中,常用板钩进行横吊或用夹钳进行竖吊。合理设计板钩的楔角,可使起吊时入力小,而卸放时又可自动脱钩;正确设计偏心夹钳偏心块的工作曲线,可对任意厚度(在一定范围内)的竖置平板自动锁紧起吊。本文就以上设计,结合摩擦学,进行了一系列力学分析,并得出了相应结论,为吊具设计提供参考。

Abstract:During handling plate materials. it often horizontally hangs it with plate hook andvertically with clamp. Rationally design the wedge angle of the plate hook can reduce wedge forceat hanging and automatically dishook at unloading. Correctly design the working curves of theeccentric block of eccentric clamp can automatically lock up and hang vertically placed plate withany thickness. Combined with frictionics,this article analyzes the design above in mechanics. andgot the corresponding conclusion to design hangers for reference.
