| 摘 要： | 利用政府采购杠杆推进技术创新,已是发达国家的普遍做法,但目前技术创新与政府采购政策结合起来系统研究的相对还较少。本文分析了政府采购促进技术创新的理论机制,通过对美国与韩国政府采购政策的分析比较,归纳两国政府采购政策的特征,并总结出运用政府采购政策促进技术创新的适用条件,为我国提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | It has been common in developed counctries to use government procurement as a leverage to develop technology innovation.This article analysises the mechanism of how government procurement can develop technology innovation,induces the features of American and Korean governments procurement policies through analysising and comparing them,and concludes the conditions to use government procurement to improve technology innovation,which can be a mirror for China. |
