| 摘 要： | 世界范围内国际投资增加和新一轮国际产业转移背景下，我国加工贸易格局和政策将发生一系列变化，安徽省加工贸易将在这些变化中面临重要战略机遇。如何抓住机遇，采取措施，大力发展加工贸易是当前和今后一段时间安徽发展外向型经济的重要课题，安徽在发展加工贸易时需要注意加工贸易中的共性问题和现阶段安徽发展加工贸易的个性问题。
