| 摘 要： | 生态资本是一种新型的未来资本,更是可持续发展的核心资本.生态资本理论研究是全球生态化发展进程中不可回避的基础课题,而明晰生态资本的构成要素不可或缺.本文通过对生态经济学文献的回顾,梳理了生态资本的概念界定、生态资本的价值评估、生态资本运营等问题,认为生态资本的构成要素应该包括使用价值、产权、生态技术和生态市场.在理论上廓清生态资本的范围,有利于在实践中明确生态资本运营的方式和过程,为生态资本运营提供可资借鉴的范式.
