| 摘 要： | 为了有效防范财政金融风险,保证经济持续健康发展和社会稳定,国务院部署加强地方政府融资平台的管理和处理融资平台公司的债务工作。本文从地方政府融资平台贷款的现状,分析了其内在组织结构,并通过分析平台贷款的潜在风险,相应的给出了一些规范地方政府融资平台贷款的对策。

| Abstract: | In order to against financial risks effectively and to ensure the sustainable and healthy development and social stability, the state council has deployed to strengthen the management of local government financing platform and processing of debt financing platform. This paper from the situation of local government loan financing platform, and internal structure, it is to analyze the potential risks, and also give some strategies for local governments to the standard loan financing platform. |
