管理教育中的案例中心建设

案例教学是管理教学中一种不可替代的重要教学方法。我国一些重点院校由于没有自己的案例中心或案例中心建设不标准和不规范,已经成为制约管理案例教学一个主要因素。本文论述了一个规范化的案例中心建设所涉及的"案例库及其网络建设"和"多媒体案例分析教室"两大方面。分别给出了其相应的设施与功能。

Establishment of case centers in Management Education

Among the irreplaceable teaching methods in management education,the case study is an extremely im- portant one.Both the lack of case centers and the incom- pleteness and inappropriateness of such case centers in some key universities in China have become a major factor inhibi- ting the improvement of management education.This paper describes the two major aspects involved in the establishment of a proper case center,including the building of a case pool as well as network and the designing of a multi-media class- room for case studying.The paper further details the facili- ties and equipments needed for that purpose.
